Amma Assets Apps Design
Ama-Assets is a platform which provides complete property information to users for buying, selling, or rental the property. It also have an Iphone App. It has different types of users like superadmin, admin,support,bidder,agents which have own credentials to login. After login, they can access only those sections which permission set by the superadmin for rest of the users. In User section, superadmin can add users, view users login time history and can change his profile info. In property section, user can view properties on map and get detail property info by clicking on that. Also, user can filtered and search the property by different categories wise like property name,by selecting company name and property status.AMA have many companies. All properties are comes into that Companies and all properties have status like Active,sold,pending,rental,etc. In Report section, there are many types of property report like Budget Report, Rental Report, etc.. user go to the particular Report Page and then able to see the results and filter the results according to filtration and also able to get these result into the pdf and csv file format by clicking on print to pdf and print to csv option. In Auction Area, Bid Management page, there are many options. here user can search the bidding property by selecting the date from calendar. add auction, import the properties for bidding, properties can see on view larger map. In CMS section, user can create the email content, able to see the database tables , set monthly goals, can create work order in property like if any damage or repair required for that create a work order.
