This solution is for admin to easily manage and keep the records of maintenance bill of all flats or property. Flats comes under different types of blocks. Admin can send maintenance bill through email to any of flat owner by selecting the flat or filter by block name and set different types of taxes .
Admin can see the list of all payments in which the list have complete information of user payment like previous months due amount, payment mode ,amount received,and all included taxes set by the admin.
